Rose Lawson celebrated her 85th birthday Saturday, April 13 with a Dolly Parton themed party given by her three children. Many family and friends, some from out of town, attended. Songs by Dolly were sung by Hailey Craven as Dolly, and a skit from “O Brother Where Art Thou” was presented. DJ Jenny Garvin played music from the 50’s and the 60’s. There was so much fun had at the party and everyone danced until they dropped. Happy Birthday Ms. Rose!
